We service non-performing accounts receivable and loan portfolios with compliance, transparency, and respect. Our atmosphere is respectful, collaborative, and transparent. Job Description
- Managing assigned accounts. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of collections and payment activity
- Review new business dropped weekly
- Following up with debtors due to lack of payment
- Reviewing the posted payments for accuracy and investigate differences
- Updating the account notes to document collection actions and expected outcomes
- Staying compliant on state, federal, and third-party regulations
Must have reliable transportation as we require good attendance & punctuality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
