What you’ll do as a Collections Representative:

• Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and/or communicate via email with customers
• Work with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issues
• Provide outstanding service to customers
• Analyze bank statements to determine appropriate delivery adjustment, assess customer hardship, and provide appropriate reprieve

$18.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!

Work hours:
We do not have the schedules at this time. Schedules are 8 hours. Typical hours range from 8am - 8pm. Monday - Friday, Sunday - Thursday, or Tuesday - Saturday.

*We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules)
