Full Job Description
Riverview Law Office has a long history of success in recovering unpaid accounts from consumers while maintaining a professional customer service culture. This is a full-time position responsible for proactively assisting the attorney staff, and in that role we incentivize compliance. The successful applicant must be professional, discreet, courteous and diplomatic at all times. High volume incoming and outbound call levels require the ability to prioritize various tasks in a timely manner. We are looking for additional team members who will contribute to our relaxed working environment while providing excellent customer service on behalf of our clients.
COLLECTIONS ASSOICATE DUTIES:
- Field incoming phone calls, identify and flag disputes, and document or transfer to the appropriate person;
- Work with consumers to identify solutions that will work for them;
- Analyze accounts for appropriate strategy and next steps;
- Other job-related duties as required by business needs.
COLLECTIONS ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Customer Service, Collections, or Call Center Experience;
- Willingness and Ability to Learn Court Process;
- Reliable and Trustworthy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
