We have opportunities for a Collections Supervisor in our Credit Card Collections group. This position will manage a team of between 15-20 employees.

Our Collections group creates and delivers the right solutions by partnering with our customers to provide the right solutions for past due credit card accounts.

Work schedules vary and could include a schedule that includes working in the evening and on the weekend.

Qualifications :
  • Requires minimum of two years management experience. Prefer experience managing in a call center environment
  • Requires previous financial experience
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Experience in a large department or group within an Operations function strongly preferred
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires phone-based customer interaction
  • Advanced proficiency with computer functions strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
