Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Electrician to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The Commercial Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Installing and maintaining electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems in commercial buildings
- Testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure compliance with local and national codes
- Communicating with customers and providing them with cost estimates
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a commercial electrician
- Journeyman or master electrician license is preferred
- Knowledge of local and national electrical codes
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and electrical systems
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including tight spaces and at heights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
