We are searching for highly experienced Commercial Foremen & Plumbers with 10+ years of experience to join our team. We are a plumbing contractor based in the San Diego Area. Openings are available for those highly skilled individuals; looking for both lead and tradesmen. Please come in with a complete resume and apply.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field and education in the trade.
- Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules.
- Must know how to write; RFI’s, Change Orders, T&M Tickets, Dailies, Material Requests, and Reports.
- Must have computer experience.
- Must be an effective positive Team leader, organized and driven.
- If applying for a Lead person, need to be able to manage portions of projects and will be the right hand to the foreman.
- Capable of forecasting tasks, materials, and manpower.
- Understand the importance of the safety of self and others on the projects.
- Knowledge of all codes and regulations specific to the project.
