The Source OC is the source of premium dining and entertainment in Orange County, located in Buena Park, California.

The Source OC is searching for a detailed and organized Commercial Property Manager to manage the outdoor mall and its affiliated properties in their tip-top shapes. Your ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and accurate manner will be vital in maintaining the company’s commercial/retail property portfolio. Your positivity and interpersonal skills will foster the ongoing relationships between property management and tenants, as well as the relationships between management and vendors. As the Commercial Property Manager, you will be able to utilize your creativity to assist in promoting the properties on their respective websites and social media.

An ideal candidate will have:

- Real estate license

- Bilingual in Korean (due to tenant demographics)

- 3+ years of property management experience

- Intuitive organizational skills

- Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

- Proactive attitude

- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality

- Communication and presentation skills with people from all levels (internal and external)

- Knowledge and savviness working with computers

- MRI knowledge (plus!)

This position will be responsible for:

- Rent collection and follow-ups

- Property maintenance management

- Assisting in promoting property, leasing, and/or events on property websites and social media

- Plan, organize, and update any building safety and security procedures

- Staying updated on the City’s rules and regulations for commercial/retail properties

- Maintaining effective cost control

- Reviewing and preparing lease documents/contracts, notices, amendments

- Fostering relationships with tenants and vendors

- Other administrative duties as needed

- Coordinate with Site Manager and the property management team, as well as other departments

- Collaborate with legal team for tasks related to legal and/or insurance
