Our Key Account Manager will be part of a full service Commercial and Residential lawn maintenance, landscape, turf fertilization and snow plowing company. They develop and maintain positive relationships with commercial and residential customers by managing the sales of services and maintaining and enhancing their landscape needs. Expert knowledge on services offered will be required.

Role Tasks and Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing customer accounts
• Communication and keeping open lines of communication with manager and customers.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality of services.
• Creating proposals and site enhancement proposals
• Build and maintain strong relations with production team.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Willingness to proactively solve potential issues with quality or personnel.

· Additional responsibilities as requested or required by Management

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in lawn industry sales and operation environment
• Basic plant identification and care
• Effective leadership skills
• Strong decision-making abilities with excellent selling ability
• Detail orientated.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Efficient in time management and the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed to meet the business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
