Primary Talent Partners has an open 2 month contract with a large tech client of ours that is fully remote!
*No C2C or 1099 opportunities available, only W2*
The *** WW Sales Communications team is shaping external and internal communication strategies for our *** VP of WW Sales and his leadership team and our entire sales organization. We need someone who is a self-starter, highly organized, motivated and who works well under pressure. You must be able to be agile and pivot, and also have fun.
We’re looking for a communication professional who is creative, organized, highly
collaborative, able to influence peers and leaders, interact comfortably with executives and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate has experience with executive/organizational communications and knows how to use data/metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Skills – Must Have: Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint skills is important, Slack, OneDrive, Teams.
Skills: Helpful to Have: AirTable, ClickUp, Cerkl
Time commitment: 40 hours/week. Occasional weekend work might be needed for significant projects.
Success in the Role:
- Use your 6-8 years of internal and external communications experience (software industry, start-up
and/or Sales Comms experience preferred) to help the Directors of WW Sales Comms manage and execute the communication strategies and plans.
- Deploy the strategic WW Sales communications plan to effectively communicate our sales priorities
and position to all ***, across the WW Sales Team, and externally as a thought leader with our
customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Connect and build relationships across *** that will help sales deliver outcomes faster.
- Use your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build and drive extensive integrated communications plans for all audiences.
- Communication support for the vast number of sales programs, cross-functional teams, video
production and newsletter editing through collaboration, writing, distribution, and data/metric
analysis.
- Orchestrate cross-functional communications to amplify news and messaging across the WW sales organization in new and creative ways, with the ability to equip and enable self-service, where appropriate.
What type of work will you be doing?
- Partner with the Directors of WW Sales Communications to implement a comprehensive communications plan and support internal and external communication needs.
- Create a macro comms plan and calendar that can pull together a coordinated view of programs rolling out to the sales communities throughout the year and a calendar that plots the timing and overlap.
- Create and actively manage a “smart” dashboard to organize and execute the programmatic aspects of WW Sales Comms activities.
- Consult the broader Global Employee Communications Team to determine the ideal cadence, editorial schedule, and positioning to align with other employee engagement and communication activities.
- Drive the production of video for sales related events
- Write Social Media posts for EVP of WW Sales
- Project manage communications for large events
- Track comms activity
- Write and track briefs for speaking engagements
- Track legal review
- Presentation scripting
- Manage post-event comms, annual sales award comms
- Manage global updates to the sales intranet
- Manage weekly alignment meetings with constituents, content providers, global comms partners
- Partner closely with enablement team for sales conferences to create comms plans
A successful candidate will
- Possess strong writing and editorial skills for exec comm
- Have the ability to pivot and remain agile
- Be proactive and keep projects on deadline
- Have strong executive presence, demonstrate independent thinking and push back when
necessary to drive better outcomes.
- Give insightful feedback on communications material, written, video, communicate changes
- Uphold Employee Communications quality standards and best practices in our communications
operations.
- Become fluent in the corporate narrative and priorities to incorporate into deliverable

Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour
