This position requires that you live within 1 hour commute of Cle Elum, WA on the east side of Snoqualmie Pass. A relocation bonus is available to qualified candidates. This role must work Tuesdays - Saturdays. Atlas Networks is a Seattle based telecommunications company founded in 2008. Atlas Networks is seeking a Community Engagement Rep to support our Suncadia field technicians and customer base within the Suncadia community. Candidate must be highly organized with solid attention to detail, truly love providing exceptional customer service, and have the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment; additionally, you must be able to lift and carry upwards of 25lbs. The candidate will be required to work at our Suncadia hub, spend time both indoors and outdoors, learn the fundamentals of our technology, and interface well with customers and home construction contractors.
A Day In the Life Of: This is a brand-new position for our Suncadia operations, and we're excited to fine tune the position with your support. However, we envision you'll start your day at our Network Operations Center (NOC) to check in with our field team you work with daily as well as your counterparts in Seattle. Depending on the day, you might be meeting with a homeowner to walk their home and discuss services, stop by a jobsite where a new home is being built to discuss next steps with a contractor, or even handle some pre-installation checklist reviews on homes. You are the liaison between our Seattle team, Suncadia customers, and supporting our field techs. Some days simply include dropping a coffee or bottle of wine off with a customer as a token of our appreciation
Core Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.
  • Talking to customers about our products and the new home installation process.
  • Meeting with homeowners and/or construction contractors at Suncadia home sites to discuss installations and service needs.
  • Handling the logistics coordination between our Seattle office and Suncadia office.
  • Working with our other customer experience team to assist in scheduling.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to do personal check ins.
  • Keeping your vehicle and our facilities clean and organized.
  • Interacting with a kick-ass group of teammates and having fun doing your job.
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company.

Pay Range:
$25.00 - $30.00 an hour
