Lakewood Park Manor and Norwalk Retirement Villa are looking to hire a Community Outreach Director! Come join our amazing team!

About our team:

What you will do:

• Responsible for increasing patient census
• Managing referrals
• Promoting our growing community to new members
• You will be critical to act as the liaison between families in need and the community to determine best next steps for them.

Must haves:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a history of successful senior living placement marketing work experience is a perfect substitute
• History of exceeding sales quota
• Ability to multi-task; simultaneously talk on the phone, take notes, and leverage internal support team a must.
• Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to promote and develop quality assurance expectations throughout a large organization.
• Current driver's license and proof of insurance required.

Would be great:
