Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 7-10 years of Nevada workers’ compensation experience? If so, we are seeking a Litigation Coordinator to join our team at CCMSI, a leading Third Party Administrator in self-insurance services.
Responsibilities:
As the Litigation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Hearings and Appeals tracking, maintaining a calendar of upcoming hearings and appeals, and ensuring that hearings are properly assigned, handled, mitigated, or defended. You will work closely with the Claim Representative and Claim Supervisor to understand each issue being appealed, discuss the matter, and collaborate on next steps as outlined in Best Practices or client-specific Special Handling Instructions.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 7-10 years of Nevada workers’ compensation experience, preferably handling Lost Time and litigated claims
Knowledge of the hearings and appeals process
Computer Skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office products, such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, etc.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Nevada Workers’ Compensation Adjuster license is required or must be obtained.
State of Nevada, Department of Administration, Hearings Division, Workers’ Compensation License is required or must be obtained.
