Complex Grounds Maintenance Job at Marquis, Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the cleaning of the interior and exterior of buildings is completed according to facility requirements.
Operate high-pressure cleaning equipment to wash buildings, operate light machinery such as a street sweeper.
Light painting duties.
Follow proper equipment procedures when utilizing power tools to prevent damage to property.
Notify manager concerning the need for repairs to buildings.
Maintain cleaning equipment in a safe, clean working order.
Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environment, Health, and Safety training.
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma
Landscaping, masonry, or construction experience is preferred

Able to work a flexible work schedule with varying days and hours, including call-ins.
Able to work outdoors in all seasons and work at heights.
Physical requirements
Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 100lbs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
