Position Summary:As a Concierge, you must be eager to provide one-on-one customer service with the understanding that you represent the face of a company focused on providing ICONic service. The Concierge assists the Club Manager in ensuring that all guests encounter 5-star hospitality and genuine caring service at the Club's Front Desk.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all residents, guests, and employees.
  • Provides information to all Residents and Guests coming into the Club and attends to all requests.
  • Ensures supplies are stocked appropriately.
  • Assists with administrative duties such as answering incoming calls, directing appropriate personnel, and taking and delivering messages.
  • Performs general office work such as data entry, MS Office functions, filing, and operating copier/fax machine.
  • Meet and greet new homeowners and provide new homeowner information
  • Accurately input all homeowner information into the gate system
  • Sets up new homeowner files and maintains resident files
  • Maintain resident contact list for published residents

Educations/Certificates/Licenses/Training: High School or equivalent certification; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiences.

  • Customer Service – Manage difficult or challenging situations in a respectful manner as well as understand the importance of tact and discretion with the ability to maintain confidential information.

Skills:
  • Language Ability - Ability to read, analyze and interpret general communications in English. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, guests, and the general public.
  • Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Computer Skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as adopt internal software

Physical Requirements:This is a primarily sedentary office position that requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 25 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
