Friendly, outgoing person that enjoys protecting and helping others.

Be able to build comradery and trust with fellow officers, property owners, tenants, and residents.

Be able to clearly communicate orally and in writing.

Be able to patrol the property served (at times being mobile and on your feet for long periods of time).

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Willingness to take ownership of your role and go the extra mile.

Problem solving and analytical skills a plus.

Ability to work weekends.

Additional requirements

· Pass a drug screen.

· Have a clear criminal record.
