We are currently seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to provide support for a major weapons program office. The responsibilities and requirements for this position are outlined below.

• Provide Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) to domestic programs
• Establish, implement, and populate a configuration and data management control system in accordance with established processes
• Develop and maintain a configuration management plan
• Support and facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)and provide data required for the conduct of CCBs
• Identify projects requiring Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and assist in providing necessary data for the ECP form
• Track ECPs that have been requested or submitted for review/approval to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and assist in ensuring the ECP is implemented in a timely manner
• Assist the government in conducting Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), configuration status accounting, internal change control process and technical data package reviews
• Assist in identifying and reviewing third-party-provided contract deliverables, including a review of any third-party-provided deliverable for technical completeness; review to ensure data rights are consistent/appropriate and that the document has the appropriate markings and distribution statements
• Prepare Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for use in contract documentation
• Download contract deliverables from third-party-provided integrated data environments and disseminate the deliverables to Government team members
• Develop acceptance/rejection documentation for third-party-provided deliverables for approval
• Utilize the configuration management system to provide program statistics and metrics
• Set up and maintain a digital library of program documentation on a program SharePoint site and media library inventories
• Address tasking and needs of the program independently in an organized manner with attention to detail

Desired experience includes:

• Knowledge of NAVAIR CM paperwork and processes
• Knowledge of Electronic Configuration Management (ECM) Website

Education Requirements: BA/BS Degree in business or technical-related discipline or allowable substitutions. A non-degreed candidate may substitute six years of additional work experience for a Bachelor’s Degree. An Associate’s Degree and four additional years of work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience Requirements: Three to ten years of experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
