Position Objective:
We are growing our TEAM. Visionary 360 is looking for qualified people to join our team as a ConnectWise Help Desk Administrator. This team member will be responsible for assisting our clients with professional, first level support for ConnectWise Manage PSA, the ConnectWise Suite and its integrations.
Duties:
- Taking ownership of our Consulting Help Desk.
- Promptly resolve client issues and requests via email, telephone, and internet.
- Remotely manage client systems when applicable.
- Document all completed tasks and client interaction in the Visionary 360 ticketing system with great attention to detail.
- Stay current on all pertinent certifications.
- Stay current on all ConnectWise Manage updates and platform enhancements.
Position Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of ConnectWise Manage PSA and its products.
- Prior experience while working in a Technical Services Provider (TSP), also known as a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Exceptional oral and written English communication skills; ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Help bring smiles to everyone that you work with.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand and work with multiple time zones.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
- 2+ years in relevant experience
Education:
- AA or BS degree, is suggested but not required.
- ConnectWise Manage PSA certification. (This can also be acquired after being hired)
- Work Environment - Applicant to have the following:
- Home office or adequate space dedicated exclusively to Visionary 360 business, free from unreasonable noise/distraction.
- Dependable high-speed internet connection.
Job Type:
- Full-time Telecommute. (Remote, work from home.)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
