BR+A provides state-of-the-art integrated and coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering, technology systems design, lighting design, and building commissioning services.
BR+A is seeking candidates at the entry level for the Construction Administration Department. The candidate should have the desire to learn the construction interface of engineering and associated aspects of Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage and Building Automation Controls design integration. This position is for our New York City office.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and organized, have the ability to multi-task and have a team-oriented demeanor.
Tasks, Duties and Assignments:
· RFI & Submittals processing & procedures;
· Bulletin/Addendum/Change Directive process/procedures;
· Interact with Design team, Architect, Owner & Construction Team;
· Attend/observe Project Construction meetings;
· Review change orders;
· Conduct site/field visit with CA lead;
· Proficient in the use of MS Office.
Benefits:

· Annual Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000.
