Schedule: Monday - Friday - typically 7:30 - 4:30 with some on call, weekends, and possible overtime.

Duties: We have a great full-time opportunity for someone to lead both our Repair and Mitigation departments. Our Mitigation department is our emergency response team and is the first on site for water or fire mitigation and clean up as well as mold removal, asbestos testing etc. Our repair department is the final step in the project and brings the site back to it's original (or better) condition. Training will be provided but a background in installing cabinets, flooring, trim, hanging sheetrock, mud, tape, texture, paint, etc. for small to midsize projects is a plus as well as a demonstrated ability to leads jobs and people.

Responsibilities and requirements of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrated finish carpentry skills
• Physically demanding work; walk, bend, crawl, stoop, push, pull, reach, lift, carry
  
• Experience purchasing materials is a plus
• Experience leading teams is a plus
• Customer service, customer service, customer service!
• Must be reliable, dependable, and flexible
• Clean-cut, professional appearance
