Construction Contracts Coordinator Job at APG Electric, Inc.
Leadership role in the existing APG Accounting Department directly reporting to APG’s Chief Financial Officer and President.

Based in Clearwater for nearly 40 years, we primarily service the Tampa, Sarasota, Lakeland, and Orlando areas. Key Responsibilities
· Construction Contract Processing
· Owner Direct Purchase Order Processing
· Managing APG Master / Standard / Short Subcontract Processing
· Managing OCIP/CCIP Insurance Programs
· Insurance Renewals
· Certificate of Insurance Requests
· Bond Requests
· Notice to Owner Filings
· Day to Day Accounting Matters
· Day to Day Construction Administration Duties
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
· Detail-oriented and outgoing personality
· Ability to take ownership of projects
· Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement
· Strong accounting abilities and conversant with GAAP
· Ability to read and interpret legal documents
· Communication, problem solving, and process auditing skills are a plus.
Working Environment

Salary and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $54,000 at entry up to $110,000 with considerable experience. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401(k) Savings Plan, Paid Vacations, Holidays and Educational Assistance. Negotiable company benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, and Sunpass.
Additional Experience
· Experience working in Vista by Viewpoint or similar ERP
· Experience in Bluebeam Revu
· Construction Administrator experience
· Accounting experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent relevant experience is considered.
