We are a 3rd generation real estate development and management company based in the Bay Area, looking for construction laborers who know or are willing to learn all trades. We are a small company with under 30 employees, yet we handle almost all aspects of building, maintaining, and managing the properties in-house. We are a company of generalists, and each employee wears many hats, which helps keep the work interesting.

Construction Laborer Role Description

Must be able to speak and understand Spanish and English at a professional level for the job.

You will join a team of 1 crew leader and 2-3 laborers working on full remodel jobs around the East Bay. You will work across all trades: framing, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. Whatever skills you are lacking, you will learn on the job. We are looking for all experience levels, pay will be according to experience.

We are looking for team players with the motivation to work hard and learn more about construction. Education and skills advancement are very important to us, we will spend time teaching you what you need to succeed at our company and in the industry at large.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:15 pm. Occasional after-hours and weekends.

Experience:

Work Environment:

Will be at construction/remodeling sites where there is dirt, dust, potentially hazardous conditions, and a loud work environment. May work outside and be exposed to the weather. May work in the office on occasion.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Handle and use tools, equipment, products, and materials as required
• Walk on uneven ground
• Work safely in construction areas
• Work outside in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour
