Compensation:
18 - 35 hourly
Responsibilities:- Dispose of any debris, trash, or hazardous materials that are found on the site to prepare it construction starts
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure that you and your team members are not injured
- Unload and stack all building materials and tools needed for a project so that everything is accessible and easy to find for the project
- Clean up any tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean worksite
- Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently
- Assist tradespeople and heavy equipment workers with plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other trade work as needed
- This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance
- Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
- Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred
- We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
- Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team
