Wilson & Company is seeking a Construction Manager to support our San Bernardino, CA office. This professional will be responsible for managing and performing construction inspections on railroad and industrial facilities. Depending on the needs of the project, this position will perform both lead and supporting roles on various projects, tasks, and business development activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer and manage construction activities
• Coordinate and manage project quality assurance and control and inspection services.
• Become familiar with the plans and specifications for the job to be monitored for compliance.
• Maintain daily record of construction site activities and produce required reports on progress, safety, quality, schedule and budget status.
• Carry out specific instructions on an independent basis and oversee/review the work of others on-site.

• Ability to handle large projects and work independently on job site.
• Ability to monitor several types of work activity and record daily contractor work activities.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally and coordinate with the owner and contractor.
• Disciplined individual who maintains accurate, timely and descriptive records of daily, weekly and monthly construction progress.

• 10+ years of construction experience
• Structural/Bridge construction experience is preferred.
• Railroad construction experience is preferred. (Training is available)
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $109,000 Depending on Experience
