• Maintain accurate records and logs of all contract changes and internal contract adjustments including, but not limited to, the maintenance of executed Subcontract Adjustments, back-charges and other instruments documenting such changes.
• Process and log all Requests for Information, Supplemental Instructions and requests for Changes to the Contract, under the direction of the Project Manager/Superintendent, in an expeditious manner and in accordance with Company procedures
• At the direction and with the assistance of the Senior Project Manager and Contract Administrator, draft Subcontract Agreements and Purchase Orders consistent with the terms and conditions contained in the subcontractor bids, contract documents, industry practices and applicable company policies.
• Maintain orderly documentation of all transactions.
• Accurate and timely preparation of all internal and external reports required by Company management and the contract documents.
• Expedite and verify delivery of critical items.
• Sign such orders, instruments and agreements as authorized on behalf of the Company, if such authority is delegated by the Project Manager/Superintendent.
• Maintain required safety records such as MSDS reports, Safety Manual, OSHA Manual, Safety Meeting minutes, and Safety inspection reports.
• Process and maintain all project accounting items in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist in the review and processing of submittals and shop drawings, maintain logs, procure the timely return of approved submittals.
• Process and review for compliance all required certified payroll records for project.
• Other duties as assigned.
