Controller
L&H Business Consulting, LLC is a public accounting firm that delivers high-quality accounting, tax, audit and specialized services. We are currently seeking a controller to join our rapidly growing team. Since inception L&H has differentiated itself by providing innovative business consulting services as well as traditional accounting services.
Description
As a member of L&H’s team, you will:
- Be empowered to work directly with clients, partners and senior staff to provide a broad spectrum of accounting and consulting services.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Oversee the accounting operations of multiple organizations
Control the following accounting functions:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Bank Reconciliations
- Debt Payments
- Maintain Chart of Accounts
- Maintain orderly accounting filing system
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
- Issue Financial Statements Timely
Desired Skills and Experience
- BS/BA Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of public accounting experience
- Proactive problem solver with analytical skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
