As a Cook / Cocinero your job includes:
- Preparing high quality food to On The Border specifications
- Communicating cook times, potential issues with Managers and Team Members
- Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
As a Dishwasher your job includes:
- Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
- Keeping the Heart of House clean and tide by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans
- Washing plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures
As a Prep Cook your job includes:
- Preparing food to OTB Specifications
- Ensuring proper rotation of all products and stocking to requirements
- Completing assigned prep work, set up, and break down of the kitchen Communicating cook times, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout your shift
