We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our team in a casual dining restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards. The Prep Cook must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and has a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for use in cooking.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure that food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature.
- Assist with plating and garnishing dishes.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner.
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
