Position Summary:

The Core Banking and Digital Applications Manager reports to the SVP, Operations and has ownership and accountability for the successful implementation of upgrades and enhancements for the bank’s DNA Core system, as it relates to deposit operations, and all non-lending digital applications. This individual shall act as subject matter expert on these systems, be responsible for ensuring that the bank is using all applications to the fullest, in addition to achieving the highest level of client experience. The individual will work collaboratively across the organization to implement new products and solutions that support the overall banking operations.

Requirements:

Primary Duties:

This individual will embrace, promote, and model Fidelity Bank’s LifeDesign Culture and Servant Leadership principles. Additional duties include:

  • Core DNA: Creation and maintenance of deposit product and rate schedules, maintenance of core deposit forms and disclosures, and accurate GL mapping of all deposit products. Is required to stay up to date with all system release notes, user groups, vendor conferences, core apps and best practices for system usage, including review of past upgrades and release notes for opportunities. Assist in evaluating, analyzing, and planning new Consumer and Business deposit product offerings.
  • Digital Banking: Responsible for management, support, upkeep and evolution of all applicable systems and services. Will need to understand the interdependencies of all related systems and establish knowledge of client facing applications such as Online Banking, Payments, Mobile banking, RDC, online account opening, eStatements, and Cash Management products.
  • Upgrades and Updates: Drive the requirements for both deposit core banking systems and digital banking; upgrades/updates, migrations, enhancements, ,all while working collaboratively with other business lines. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new enhancements and product capabilities. Define use case, develop test plan(s) and test scripts, execute and track issues through to remediation.
  • Other:

o Submit, manage, and resolve cases with our digital banking vendor, core provider, and/or third-party service providers as they relate to Deposit Operations

o Work with other business lines in implementing new initiatives and developing new products and services.

o Operations lead for enterprise content management

o Responsible for Operational vendor oversight and access reviews

o Respond to other needs or requests not outlined above as required

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or minimum of 5 years' experience in deposit operations and digital banking, experience with Fiserv DNA Core experience greatly preferred.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) required
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Remote options available for preferred candidate
