We are looking for a Global Creative Strategist to join the TikTok for Business Creative Insights team. Our mantra at TikTok for Business is “Don’t Make Ads, Make TikToks”. The Creative Insights team is the brain to make this possible for advertisers of all sizes. In this role, you will be responsible for generating creative recommendations and empowering advertisers and internal stakeholders with creative insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product, Data Science and Marketing teams to identify in-depth creative/social ads insights via industry research, creative reviews, trend analysis, etc. that will help performance clients produce TikTok ads with bottom-funnels objectives.
  • Develop methodology and SOPs for insights generation and validation.
  • Produce internal & external facing creative insights collateral to educate stakeholders.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years experience in Creative agencies, or in-house creative production teams of performance advertisers like gaming, eCom, and mobile apps.
  • In-depth domain knowledge of creative competitive landscape, best practices, and methodology of creative inspiration & generation.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure international environment
  • Experience producing creatives for performance social ads with bottom-funnel objectives (this role is not focused on brand advertising)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally and work with key stakeholders across the organization

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $86737 - $232000 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
