Credit First National Association is a private label credit card bank and the consumer credit division of Bridgestone Americas. The Bridgestone Americas family of enterprises, including CFNA, is comprised of more than 50 production facilities and 55K employees throughout the Americas. We provide the consumer credit solution for the Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, and Wheel Works brands, in addition to customized retail credit services for more than 8,000 other tire and automotive retailers nationwide. At our office in Cleveland, OH, more than 300 professionals gather each day to run a successful private label credit card program. • Perform detailed research, analysis, and due diligence of high risk applications, using various tools, including NAPA, TLO, Trustev & Logan Registration Services
• Contact customers and other parties to gather information and clarify inconsistent, incorrect or missing information
• Investigate and analyze pended applications to identify fraudulent behaviors and emerging trends
• Identify opportunities to enhance controls (SAPP, Payment Defender, and Trustev rules) to reduce fraud losses
• Participate as fraud liaison to streamline communication between COE’s
• Works under limited supervision or independently

• Time sensitivity with keen focus on quality deadlines

Required:

High School Diploma with 2 plus years of banking experience

Preferred:

Associates Degree or higher with 4 plus years of banking experience

Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Shift: 3 days during the week from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and every Saturday 12:30-900 pm and every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Please note: Flexible on the week days as long they are 8 hours but the hours on Saturday and Sunday are required.

Training schedule: requirements 1 week from Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
