Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed research, analysis, and due diligence of high risk applications, using various tools, including NAPA, TLO, Trustev & Logan Registration Services
- Contact customers and other parties to gather information and clarify inconsistent, incorrect or missing information
- Investigate and analyze pended applications to identify fraudulent behaviors and emerging trends
- Identify opportunities to enhance controls (SAPP, Payment Defender, and Trustev rules) to reduce fraud losses
- Participate as fraud liaison to streamline communication between COE’s
- Works under limited supervision or independently

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma with 2 plus years of banking experience
Preferred:
Associates Degree or higher with 4 plus years of banking experience
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Shift: 3 days during the week from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and every Saturday 12:30-900 pm and every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Please note: Flexible on the week days as long they are 8 hours but the hours on Saturday and Sunday are required.
Training schedule: requirements 1 week from Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Potential for Hybrid: consideration after working in the position, being successful and showing a good work ethic.
