The only requirements for being a crew member at Cold Stone Creamery are a friendly personality, enthusiasm, and a desire to do your best and leave everything you do better then you found it. To be successful in this role, it is beneficial if you have previous experience in a customer service position, cash handling experience and availability to work evenings and weekend shifts.

• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is helpful)
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
