WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in our Denver office, we are looking for a qualified IT professional to join our team, providing support to the sales teams across the various business units in support of the Gates CRM system. The CRM Developer for Oracle CX Sales is a key position in Global Sales Effectiveness Center of Excellence.
- You'll be working as the primary support for the application owner for the global instance of Oracle CX Sales and will be responsible for assisting in or independently executing changes in the system. Areas to change include security, user provisioning, data imports, configuration, and development of this SaaS system. The Functional Specialist will assist with future integrations to other applications and systems as defined.
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because the system will span multiple geographic regions, with configuration requirements including support for multi-language and multi-currency, with extensive business client interactions across multiple countries. The role will require design and implementation of new workflows, extension fields, etc. with management of software test methodology and platform releases.
- The key goal is to drive sales growth while orchestrating a 360° View of the Customer, with adoption and sales user satisfaction. This will result in a globally efficient and streamlined process. The Functional Specialist is based in Denver, CO and reports directly to the primary owner of CRM in the IT Global Commercial group.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
- Understanding all aspects of Oracle CX Sales configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Oracle release upgrades.
- Maintaining a high-level familiarity with other IT system / business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
- Partnering with internal Business teams to develop roadmaps and define business processes while creating associated system requirements.
- Organizing and managing project work to drive predictable delivery. On-time and on-budget.
- Leading/participating in system implementation projects including but not limited to requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, development, and resolution.
- Supporting business-critical systems using developed IT management standards.
- Providing work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of Oracle CRM environment.
- Acting as super-user of the CRM system (Oracle CX Sales); provide support to sales and marketing as needed
- Providing answers and training to staff for questions and issues related to using the platform and application
- Liaison with IT supervisors regarding specific platform issues, needs, and requests
- Assisting sales and marketing organization with data management efforts leveraging the CRM system including, data mining, reporting and marketing.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
- Oracle Engagement Cloud or Oracle Sales Cloud Implementation certifications preferred.
- 2+ years' experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud or other major CRM system such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven ability to translate business concepts into technical requirements.
- Proven organizational, project and time management skills, including the ability to successfully meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Hands on experience configuring Oracle Sales Cloud or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project & Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) applications.
- Versatile with the ability to adapt to change and successfully work with ambiguity.
- Analyze and understand the holistic business problem and requirement and identify an appropriate solution strategy
- Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments and translate customers business requirements into product adaptation
- Strong intellect and ability to motivate and energize by infusing an entrepreneurial spirit and get-it-done / can-do-it attitude
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test cycle management, defect reporting and resolution. General knowledge of Web applications and Internet architecture.
- Background in software change management and periodic upgrade release methodology.

- Working knowledge of service processes, and how they relate to sales and other support processes.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
