Assistant General Director Crumbl Cookies, Morgantown, WV

$44,000-46,000 annual salary with $2,500 annual contingency bonus.

We are looking for an Assistant General Director for the Morgantown Crumbl Cookies store. Food industry or operations management experience is a requirement.

We are looking for an individual that exhibits exceptional leadership, is energetic, motivated, and has a strong work ethic.

An Assistant Director plays an active role in working with the crew, balances labor and waste costs, plays an active role in hiring/recruiting, is responsible for cash handling, and oversees inventory.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Assist in managing store inventory, including regular counting, reporting, organizing, and

restocking of all consumables, paper, and non-perishable goods

● Assist in overseeing and/or performing recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of bakers and shift leads

● Assist in scheduling employees, including managing individual availability and shift structure

● Coordinating and ensuring delivery of all store catering orders

● Attending corporate meetings and training as appropriate and as indicated by corporate

● Ensuring Crumbl quality standards (the 3 C’s) are met and maintained in all store

Operations

● Training new shift-leads and bakers. It will also be your responsibility to identify and train other employees as

needed.

● Building and maintaining a positive culture within the Company, with emphasis on

quality, individual ownership of work, and mutually supporting team members

● Providing counseling and discipline to employees while retaining the positive Crumbl

culture.

● Additional duties as required (only when identified and discussed prior to execution)

Anticipated hours: 40-45 hours a week, with more as necessary to address store concerns. Closed every Sunday

5 days of PTO per calendar year
