Role

This position is the cornerstone of operations, flow and delight for customers at Merkababe Designs. It is multi-faceted, creative and social. Setting the scene, the vibe and being detail-oriented in terms of operations are paramount to the success of this role. You are focused, open, service-oriented, efficient, consistent, and sharp. You are obsessed with helping people, retail shop knowledge and technology. This position is equal parts customer service, administrative and creative. You will need to always be on-the-ball, organized, vibing high and moving daily tasks, projects, clients and staff forward.

Responsibilities

• Hits targets for sales, service and all tasks
• Uphold's brand vision in personality, client care and shop knowledge
• Ensures the vision of Merkababe Designs is accomplished in the store to its highest capacity – ensuring marketing, shop displays, cleanliness, inventory, staff, and the vibe is perfect and on-brand at all times
• Is forward-thinking, has a plan and is organized. The shop is clean and organized – every room, every crystal has a home
• Has pristine knowledge of all inventory, can help a customer find out what is best for them, can answer all questions
• Are sales and service focused aiming to satisfy every customer asking clarifying questions and getting to know the needs of everyone walking through the door
• Responsible for taking and managing inventory
• Responsible for all seasonal tasks assigned by manager- like retail photography, inventory management, online etc.
• Communication with manager and CEO is clear, concise, and constructive
• CSS is punctual to all commitments arriving 15 mins early to prepare and set up

Requirements

●Committed, reliable, and impeccable with their word

• Expert in the realm of customer service; always vibing high, going above and beyond what is expected

● Completion of all tasks assigned are complete to the highest standard and with joy and love

● Action-oriented with continuous follow-up on unfinished tasks until all ends are tied up

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Tech savvy with internet platforms such as Google Drive, Shopify, Gmail and Kajabi

● Availability to work weekends, events and holidays

● Is a great team player and an asset to the Merkababe brand and team

● Has a deep spiritual personal practice and embodied in spiritual principles of harmony, love and generosity

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
