Customer Service Representative
The CSR is a key Stakeholder within the daily operation of the company. The CSR is typically the person involved in the initial interaction with the Customer. The CSR will act as a liaison, provide services information, answer questions, and assist in keeping the Customer informed during the repair cycle.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing a large volume of phone calls.
- Greeting Customers as if they were family and with an exceptional level of empathy and patience.
- Managing the Customer flow into and out of the repair management system, CCC One.
- Obtaining Customer authorization for repairs, payment and release of vehicles.
- Frequent communication to customers regarding the production status of their vehicle
- Maintaining the production schedule spreadsheet daily.
- Managing the Google repair calendar.
- Maintaining the rental vehicle website (Enterprise and Hertz) for customers.
Skills Required:
- The ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to problem-solve
- Possess and apply Critical Thinking Skills
- Excellent Customer-Facing skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Experience with CCC one preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
