Night Attendant & Custodian for Hotel & Hostel

Pay Range: $16.04-$17.00 Per Hour

Full Time: 12am-8am

Night Attendant and custodian needed for Hotel and Hostel in Hollywood/West Hollywood. Shift is overnight from 12am-8am. Overall objective is to keep the property clean, ensure the property is safe and secure, and to provide customer service to help with late guest check ins/early checkouts. Responsibilities Include:

• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Wiping down all surfaces
• Taking out trash
• Cleaning and restocking common area bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels & soap.
• Launder dirty sheets & blankets, fold, and organize
• Arranging furniture
• Walking the entire property every 60 minutes
• Checking gates, entrances & exits are locked and secure
• Providing friendly customer service
• Checking guests in, and confirming all information provided is accurate
• Responding to guest inquires or complaints in professional and timely manner
• Processing early guest checkouts
• Observe cameras
• Answer phone in a professional manner
• Report any incidences or problems in reception log
• Communicate any maintenance issues in maintenance log
• Set up breakfast area at 7am
