$15 hourly
Responsibilities:The Custodian-Maintenance Assistant keeps buildings, schools, training centers, common spaces, and offices clean, safe, and in mint condition. In addition to their cleaning skills, top custodial workers are motivated, responsible, independent, and have strong time management skills.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required.
- At least two (2) years of custodial/janitorial experience.
- Level 2 Background Screening.
- Possess and maintain a current Florida’s Driver’s License and state minimum requirements for auto insurance.
- Infrequent night and weekend availability.
