Your mission

GotPhoto is growing and our new clients will rely on you as their first point of contact. In this role, you will sharpen your skills in building customer relationships and fostering customer loyalty by managing all aspects of our clients’ accounts via phone and email. If you have the desire to acquire excellent knowledge of our product and its features, then joining us as Customer Care Agent will facilitate your growth and development into a T-shaped generalist.


This is a fully remote position:
you must be located and resident within the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia.


Compensation
is 15 - 20$ per hour based on your level of experience, which we will discuss together.

Your role

You will be part of the Customer Care team, led by Derrick Dyer. As a team, we are part of an innovative, supportive, and fun Saas-scaleup with exciting growth opportunities ahead of us. As a crucial member of our client-facing team, as a Customer Care Agent, you will:



  • Provide daily support to GotPhoto customers through effective and organized phone and email communication.

  • Assist new GotPhoto customers with onboarding and existing customers with product best practices while continuously staying up to date with our product knowledge.

  • Effectively transform frustrated customer situations into exceptional customer experiences through complex issue resolution and timely follow-up.

  • Cultivate lasting client relationships, enhance client retention through empathy and consultative approaches, and help customers achieve their goals using our product.

  • Collaborate closely with members of the Customer Care and Customer Success teams, while actively engaging with other GotPhoto teams across various levels.

Skills we are looking for

  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • You can quickly adapt to a changing environment and prioritize multiple urgent tasks.
  • You possess good listening skills and can communicate clearly under pressure.
  • You are a team player and can work independently in a remote environment.
  • You have sound technical understanding and an interest in learning how to use and understand software products.
