Full Job Description

Title: Customer Care and Sales Representative

Reports to: Team Manager and Director of Call Center Operations

Location: Middletown, CT

MedGuard Alert, Inc is looking for a full time Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our MGA team.

Our ideal candidate will be eager help our clients by providing excellent customer support while explaining the benefits of our entire product suite.

Customer Care and Sales Representative:

  • Answer customer questions regarding their equipment or account status
  • Provide troubleshooting for malfunctioning equipment
  • Work with customers to figure our which life saving products suits their lifestyle, while up-selling new products
  • Update customer records as needed to reflect changes
  • Work with other team members as needed

Ideal Customer Care and Sales Representative Skill Set:

  • Previous experience in customer service and customer relationship management
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong Computer literacy
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly + Lucrative Commission Structure

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday and Alternating Saturday’s

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
