Description
We are seeking a bi-lingual English/Spanish-speaker with experience in remote customer support. You are always identifying opportunities to delight customers by going above and beyond the initial customer requests.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver excellent service to our customers via email, chat & phone.
  • Use Zendesk, our ticketing platform to track and respond to customers’ inquiries.
  • Schedule sessions with our Tech Concierges
  • Prepare written responses to customers in Spanish and English.
  • Proactive customer outreach to prospective and current clients.
  • Create email templates and How To Guides.
  • Meet and exceed customer support team's KPIs, SLAs and other team goals.
  • Recommend process and product improvement to increase CSAT and overall customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in a Service Desk / IT support environment, preferably directly with consumers.
  • Experience with Zendesk.
  • Passion for customer support.
  • Strong people skills and a talent for problem solving.
  • Strong aptitude for consumer technology a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and patiently to older people in person and remotely.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
