As a Customer Experience / Customer Service Representative, you are an essential link between our company and our customers. Each day, you take calls, answer emails, and engage with our customers in other ways to help them get the products and services they need. Well-trained in the features and benefits of our products, you are fully prepared to answer questions and guide our clients to the item or items that best meet their needs. Whether you're offering price quotes, processing purchase orders, canceling orders, coordinating payments, or performing other transactions, your aim is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.

Sometimes, the lines are busy, and the work is fast paced. When this happens, you are in your element because you love connecting with people. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Must have in-person customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
