II. POSITION’S GOAL.

To ensure our client’s satisfaction by creating a line of communication between our team and clients, and working closely with operations to provide an outstanding delivery of our services.

III. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

DAILY:

  • General analysis of incoming customer requests.
  • Ensure the timeline is on track for onboarded clients.
  • Generate reports requested.
  • Keep track of client’s digital performance.
  • Be available to support clients via phone, email, & video calls.
  • Gather client’s feedback.
  • Liaison with other team members.

MONTHLY:

  • Check-in with the clients.
  • QA Report
  • Identify 1 Key Win- SEO Ads, GA

QUARTERLY:

  • Assist to all quarterly meetings on time.

SEMESTRIAL:

  • Receive performance evaluations.

Location: USA, Canada, South Africa, Philippines

Hours: 9am - 6pm EST with 1 hour mid-day break
