II. POSITION’S GOAL.
To ensure our client’s satisfaction by creating a line of communication between our team and clients, and working closely with operations to provide an outstanding delivery of our services.
III. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
DAILY:
- General analysis of incoming customer requests.
- Ensure the timeline is on track for onboarded clients.
- Generate reports requested.
- Keep track of client’s digital performance.
- Be available to support clients via phone, email, & video calls.
- Gather client’s feedback.
- Liaison with other team members.
MONTHLY:
- Check-in with the clients.
- QA Report
- Identify 1 Key Win- SEO Ads, GA
QUARTERLY:
- Assist to all quarterly meetings on time.
SEMESTRIAL:
- Receive performance evaluations.

Hours: 9am - 6pm EST with 1 hour mid-day break
