Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Marketing Manager to develop and execute customer marketing programs and initiatives that drive customer retention, advocacy, and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer marketing programs and campaigns that drive retention, advocacy, and growth.
- Create and deliver customer-facing content, such as case studies, testimonials, and customer newsletters.
- Create and execute workflows to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer base and deploy account-based marketing campaigns to generate interest and demand.
- Create a library of customer communications documentation to support customers in promoting our solution internally across their sales team to drive engagement.
- Identify and execute opportunities to showcase customer success stories, such as speaking engagements, webinars, and events.
- Manage our digital certification program with customers, internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Create customer experience practices within Richardson including but not limited to: measuring customer and end user sentiment and experience (CX) throughout the customer lifecycle; develop internal feedback loops to internal teams (such as product and operations); creation of end users experiences and communications to drive better experience; etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform customer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for customer marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report on the impact of customer marketing programs and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and practices in customer marketing, using this knowledge to continually improve and evolve customer marketing strategies and tactics in a proactive manner.
Desired Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing or customer lifecycle marketing
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling customer-facing content.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the impact of customer marketing programs and initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Pardot and Salesforce.
