Our company is looking to grow and is hiring for a customer service assistant
Responsibilities
Initiate Customer relations
Communicate with customers to understand what they are looking for.
Address customer related inquiries regarding accommodations, availability and pricing
Utilize company software with skill and proficiency
Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings to expand your knowledge and to better your communication skills.
Act as the main contact for inquiries and other designated customers.
Respond to customers by phone and by email.
Review, build and update Customer quotes, reservation and other areas of outstanding information
Qualifications
An appreciation and experience with travel.
Great Computer & Typing Skills.
Ability to complete and participate in all training.
Pass required sales/customer service assessment.
Prior Customer Service experience is preferred
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Laptop/ Computer with reliable internet service
