Customer Service Associate Job at SCARBOROUGH & TWEED
Successful corporate gift and ad specialty firm seeks detail-oriented, responsible individual for very busy, customer service department. Looking for a team player with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be computer literate. SAP experience a plus. Must be fully vaccinated. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Process and track orders on a daily basis
- Manage customer service emails and phone calls
- Handle administrative tasks
- Assist production team by checking on orders, managing backorders, and placing reorders in SAP system. Work with warehouse on inventory management
- Work closely with warehouse staff to facilitate order processing
- Work with vendors on obtaining and approving mock-ups
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Work well with others
Full-time. Must have customer service experience. No knowledge of industry is necessary; we will train.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
