Storage Investment Management LLC. has an immediate opening for a Part-Time (16 hours a week) Customer Service Associate for Middleton Self Storage located at 6 Lookout Lane in Middleton, MA.

Responsibilities:

*Handling the day to day operations of our self storage facility

*Providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers

*Renting storage units

*Processing payments & managing delinquencies

*Maintaining accurate physical and digital files

*Maintaining cleanliness standards
