Northeast Windows USA specializes in the manufacturing of vinyl windows & doors. Our sister company, Quality Lineals USA, specializes in vinyl extrusion for window systems and the fencing industry. We are proud to celebrate over 75 years in business. Now onto our 4th generation, we are family owned and operated business. Between both of our facilities, we are employers to approximately 200 individuals. Our operations are centralized in the tri-state region; however, we our distribution network ranges from Maine all the way down to Maryland. Northeast Windows manufacture a full product line of: double hungs, sliders, pictures, casements, awnings, bay, bow, garden, hoppers & more. We service all construction needs from commercial new construction to residential replacement. Quality Lineals USA extrudes fenestration products for window manufacturing along with a full product line of PVC fencing & railings.

Seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurate data entry, production support, and administrative assistance to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

-Accurately enter and process customer quotes, orders, invoices, and payments into our database

-Coordinate with personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

-Assist with administrative tasks including filing, copying, record keeping, truck routing, & more

-Support our sales team with data analysis, sales reports, and other duties as assigned

-Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job

Skills and Qualifications:

-Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

-Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data processing

-Bilingual proficiency is a plus

-Experience in the construction, building material or purchasing industry is preferred

-written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

-Willingness to learn
