Celebrate Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Work with a small team. Engage and assist customers with event rentals. We rent equipment for events such as weddings, festivals, & birthday events, etc.
Part-Time Hours flexible to your schedule M-F 9-5pm, some Saturdays 9-1pm. Hours can be Paid Internship hours if approved by your college.
This is a part-time office position. The associate will need the ability to be at a desk and computer during workdays.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers either in person or via phone
- Answering phone calls
- Placing rental orders for customers
- Assisting with office tasks
- Assisting with showroom displays
- Assisting with company’s social media activity
Qualifications needed:
- 1-3 years of customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Positive outlook

We specialize in Tent rentals, linens, tables, chairs, specialty items, etc. and we are looking for a focused, creative, understanding, ambitious and optimistic person to join our team.

Pay: $13.39 - $15.50 per hour
