Current Shift Openings:
Day Shift 6a-2p or 7a-3p Full Time
Evening Shift 3p-11p Full Time or Part Time hours w/weekends included
Midnight Shift 10p-6a or 11p-7a Full Time
All Full Time shifts include every other weekend off!!!!
Qualifications:
· No experience necessary
· High School Diploma or GED
· Good telephone voice and etiquette
· Comfortable with a fast pace work enviroment
· Ability to clear a background check and drug screening
Your Job Duties:
· Notify customers and authorities about alarm activations
· Answer inbound phone calls related to alarm activations
· Resolve customer issues and concerns
· Maintain a good attendance record and be reliable
