POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients of 10X Health System. In this role, you will interact with clients both virtually and in-person, in either a clinic or mobile setting, to explain 10X Health System’s wellness programs and answer any inquiries they may have. The ideal candidate must have experience or a keen interest in health and functional wellness, and must be able to communicate health information to clients in a comprehensive way that will give them insight into their wellness.

We accomplish this by developing custom solutions through alternative health technology that optimize well-being, energy, and clarity. Our solutions include bioidentical hormone optimization, IV nutrient therapy, medical weight loss, nutraceutical imbalance therapy, GH-releasing hormones, biologics, and Super-Human Protocol.
OBJECTIVES
- Schedule client appointments and make reminder calls
- Obtain clients' contact details, insurance information, and medical histories
- Assist clients in filling out forms, such as history forms, consent forms, and payment contract forms
- Work collaboratively with other team members to schedule clients accordingly
- Receive and process payments for services rendered
- Review client accounts, identify delinquent accounts, and collect overdue payments
- Answer, investigate, and/or direct client inquiries or complaints to the appropriate staff member
- Follow up with clients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when necessary
COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an ambiguous environment
- Understanding of how to organize and leverage CRM databases with client information
- Ability to communicate health information to clients in a comprehensive way that will give them insight into their wellness
- Can interact with clients both virtually and in-person, in either a clinic or mobile setting
- Demonstrates understanding of 10X Health’s value proposition of programs and supplements
- Willingness to address client questions or concerns while being a remarkable representation of the 10X Health brand
- Ability to learn and use an Electronic Medical Records system and other computer applications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate's degree preferred
- Health and functional wellness background preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Prolonged period of time sitting at a desk and computer
